Generally patch orders take about three weeks to fill. The high volume of
single orders is what keeps the delivery time this far out. During the holiday
season orders tend to take longer. You can expect any order placed
between October and January to take at least five weeks and may run as
long as seven weeks from the time of ordering until your patches reach
your door, so keep in mind that if you need to have something in your
posession during this time you need to order early in order to receive the
patch or jacket in time.
From the time that the first stitch is sewn in your patches the patches
belongs to you and there will be no cancellations or refunds past this point.
If you are ever concerned about the status of your patch order or orders
for varsity letter jackets please contact us at any time.
If you would like for us to sew the patches onto a jacket for you we charge
$35 for handling of the jacket and for sewing the patches to the sleeves.
The customer is responsible for shipping the jacket to us and we will pick
up the charges of shipping the jacket back to you.

All patches come standard on 2 layers of felt. The third layer of
felt is an optional add on to provide a third layer of color and is not
necessary for most patch orders. Remember that all patches come
standard on 2 layers of felt and the top layer matches the chenille
color so you do not have to pick that color from a drop down menu.
